Supplies needed:

• floral wire

• floral stake

• ribbon wire purple sheer

• scissors

• wire cutters

• floral foam cone

• lilies

• mums

• gladiolus

• peonies

• assorted small flowers

After gathering supplies, trim the Styrofoam cone down from the large end of the cone.

Start choosing flowers and cut the stems long, as it can easily be shortened as needed.

Place the Styrofoam cone in a vase or stand to begin placing and arranging flowers into the cone.

When placing flowers, the tallest is usually the best place to start.

Moving forward with the flowers, place to the left and right of center or focal point of the arrangement.

Placing filler flowers throughout the arrangement. As some arrangements require the back section to be visible.

To make the bow hold the ribbon in your hand. Then make loops by folding the ribbon and twisting the bottom of each loop. Continue until there are the same amount of loops on both ends. Cut a strip of ribbon to be the streamers at the bottom of bow. Wrap a length of wire around the center of the wire bow and tighten; twist the wire with plyers or by hand. Attach a floral stake to bow with wire. Then pin bow to the arrangement.
